How Can I go to college with no money?

How Can I go to college with no money?

The question

After Grants and Federal Aid, I am still left with a lump sum to pay for college, Around $ 74,000. I want to go to J.W.U. Culinary in Rhode Island. I have nobody able to co-sign a loan due to my grandmother being to ancient. So my question is, how can i get the remaining $ 74,000 dollars paid for? I am stressing……I want to go for 2009-2013 school year…..Please HELP!!!!!!!!
My parents divorced when i was 17 ( I am now 21) so they ruined there credit, so they are pretty much useless to me in this situation.

Best answers:

federal school loans and grants

Apply for scholarships and loans.
where are your parents?!
the best thing that you can do is apply for financial aid. if not there are a lot of scholorships out there that will help out. my sister has the same problem as you, but the reality is is that sometimes you just won’t have enough money unless you saved up on your own . so maybe the best choice is for you to work and live at home to save up. =]
I can not see anyone paying that to be a cook.]
Sorry, I can not help.
I hope you are right to your dreams. What makes that school worth that much????

You can still get a loan without a cosigner.
But I warn you that student loans are currently VERY hard to come by. I am in the same boat as you pretty much. Im going to University of Portland, a private university which is super expensive. I sure hope you filed FASFA because if you do that, then you tend to get a lot more money covered, if they find that you deserve it. Also, go to http://www.fastwebscholarships.com and start applying for scholarships like crazy. Doesn’t matter the amount that you’d win, just apply. Those small amounts grow pretty quickly.
I wish you luck finding money. I know how hard and stressful it is!

If you got all the fed aid you can get, then you may have to start applying for loans. there’s also many scholarships available for a variety of reasons you may be eligible for! Don’t give up–you may find the source and go to school. Excellent Luck.
