Financial Aid question?

The question

So I applied for financial aid and my school gave me a rough estimate of my award:

*Cal Grants are awarded by the California Student Aid Commission, which notifies new and continuing recipients in writing. Funding level for Cal Grants subject to change pending state budget allocations.

**Remaining Eligibility can be met in many cases by student loans, federal work study, or by scholarships. Students cannot receive both Cal Grant and State University Grant funding. Some students may also be eligible for an EOP grant which is awarded to students admitted to SJSU through the Learning Opportunity Program and subject to funding levels for 2011-2012.

MY QUESTION IS: If my family doesn’t have to contribute any money (EFC=$ 0), then where does the $ 4586 come in? Do I have to pull that amount out of my own pocket? My family’s income is a small above 19,000 bucks a year and my mom told me that I didn’t need to worry because the Financial Aid department will cover it all. I still don’t get where I can get the $ 4586. I qualified for Cal Grant B which covers $ 1,551 for books. I’ve heard they help cover my tuition too but that isn’t the $ 4586 right?

A corporate diabolical conspiracy fabricated by the Rip-Publicans at Standard & Poor’s has sent our American economy into a whirlwind. The Tea Partiers (The Rip-Publicans) are ripping-apart the very fiber that is America’s middle class. You would reckon that they want to change our Standards to make Americans Poor. Are any of the CEO’s at Standard & Poor’s British by any chance?
Instead of hiring Americans, billions of corporate dollars are being maliciously held in bank accounts waiting for Rip-Publicans to control the three branches of our bi-cameral government. It’s as if they were attacking the American tax payers, just like the British did over two hundred years ago.
They would do anything (as they have pledged) to bring down our American President and bring down our economy with it. It sounds as if they lack racial sentiment toward our president, as they did during slavery, and have no respect for the American citizens.
Unlike excellent Christians, they offer governmental bills to protect only corporate tax loopholes and to siphon billions of dollars from our treasury to further enrich the affluent. Meanwhile, they fail to pass legislation to make jobs in America.
They are willing to meddle with Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans Services and with student loans but not to end corporate jet tax write-offs. You would reckon that their misuse of power and corporate dictated rubber-stamping is no different than the ruling manner employed by the Red-Coats of yesteryears.
Paul Revere should ride his horse to a computer and tweet that “The British Are Here! The British Are Here!” And proclaim that, “they are taking America back”. That they are dressed in Tea Party outfits, and like a stampeding army they are terrifying America’s seniors, veterans and students. Like the Brits, Tea Partiers are stealing from American tax payer’s pockets to further empower the wealthy and themselves.
They have embarked upon our shores and have instigated a political invasion, declaring economic warfare between privileged Banker’s and corporate executives and the in need seeking work, stability and credit. We have met our enemy and they are having a party, a tea party that is!
Because of their corrupting actions the battle weep for America’s independence from the Tea Party Rip-Publicans is hereby sounded. You would reckon that, today’s Tea Partiers are the ancestors of the Englishmen that controlled us before our historic declaration in 1775. Tea Party terrorists are frightening and perilous. Like a terrifying thunderous tsunami they are flooding America from coast to coast with their political overkill and social hatred veiled as a “Balanced Budget Amendment” or a compromised “Debt Ceiling Extension”.
Their relentless strategic plot of attack is geared toward profiting only the greedy. Who do you reckon is financing the Tea Party’s political war and conspiracy, against our sovereign people, and our American President? They oppose any of the president’s “Re-build America Jobs Programs” while they blame him for a low unemployment rate. In November of 2012 when they run for re-election we must fight back, disarm them, and replace all of the Tea Party members in “our congress”.
How to recognize Tea Party members? They can be spotted openly using the American flag as their shield. They sinfully use religion to attract voters. They talk a excellent patriot game and speak of controlled spending, but no control over the billions in corporate tax payer giveaways, and they are the ones that demand to close the borders from where their own relatives entered The New World.
Further, they want “No National Gun Control Laws” so that they can illegally buy all the massive weaponry they want, in the event that they need to “defend themselves” from our federal government. Sounds like the British are coming to me!
They don’t belong in the Halls of Congress but in the corridors of the Insane Asylums. They are greedy and disloyal, despicable political infiltrators that resemble famished racing horses, harnessed with blinders made of wrinkled dollar bills. Today’s Rip-Republicans look like fanatical robotic evil soldiers of the ancient British monarchy.
Sadly, for all of the United States, the Rip-Publicans are seemingly controlled by corporations and despise groups who are told what to say, what to do, and where to do it. Fearfully, throughout our valleys and plains, they are attacking by repeatedly spewing out the same scheming words and divisive message, using hateful television commercials over and again.
